A native of Scariff Co. Clare Paula Carroll is presenter of Clare FM’s mid-week traditional music program The West Wind.

Paula is dedicated to the frisson of live radio wherein anything can happen and regularly hosts live broadcasts from traditional music events including the Willy Clancy Summer School and the 2016/17 Fleadh Cheoil Na hÉireann down in Ennis.

When not in the studio or broadcasting from the traditional music byways of Co. Clare Paula can be found writing, narrating or chasing down interviews for her other role as an award-winning producer of documentaries and features for local and national radio.
